1 Java core (1 or 2) developer
* experience in Java
* object-oriented development
* object-relational mapping
* databases – Postgres
* TDD, JUnit
* Nice to have: Eclipse RCP, SWT or other java desktop UI framework
* Nice to have: J2EE, REST web services, Swagger

1 Java dev with devops skills:

* Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes
* Automation: Ansible, Terraform
* CI/CD: Bitbucket or Jenkins
* Cloud: Azure

1 Fullstack Java dev with front:
(all from java plus the following)
* Typescript
* Angular
* Redux
