ST Middle /Senior .Net Backend Developer

We build a product helping retailers manage inventory, marketing, analytics and financial services. It can save up to 40% of their time and increase average online and offline sales by 20%. We have secured funding from a UK fund for 2 years and are scaling actively.

 

We are rewriting our core web application to improve quality, clarity, reliability and scalability. The backend uses .NET Core MVC with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse. 

 

Our challenge is to build a sound, scalable backend architecture meeting modern requirements, enabling autonomous product operation and rapid module development.

 

We use: C#, ASP.NET, Go, Docker and ReactJS with Redux for browser, server and native applications; TypeScript for strong typing and productive development.

 

You will::

– Design and implement scalable architectural solutions with the team;

– Spend most of your time programming in .NET Core;

– Research optimal technical solutions;

– Write unit tests;

– Conduct code reviews;

– Discuss business logic with the designer and Product Owner;

– Continuously identify ways to automate and improve team processes;

– Break down and estimate your tasks.

 

Our ideal candidate:

– Has in-depth C# knowledge and at least 3 years of experience;

– Has at least 3 years with ASP.NET Core, including its cross-platform features and nuances;

– Has built REST APIs using ASP.NET Core;

– Has database design experience and can build complex, efficient queries;

– Works with Docker and writes deployment scripts;

– Can optimize, troubleshoot and refactor existing code;

– Has designed and developed high-load systems;

– Has Scrum/Kanban experience and understands Agile principles;

– Has Intermediate English sufficient for communication and reading documentation.

 

A plus:

– ClickHouse or Greenplum;

– PostgreSQL

– Elasticsearch and Redis.
