Subordinates, how many: 3, hired by team lead.
Responsibilities and expected work results:
 Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
 Provide technical leadership to teammates.
 Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and
habits.
 Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of
software.
 Package and support deployment of releases. Adhere to high-quality development principles while
delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
 Take full, hands-on, responsibility for tech development and support implementation of new or
existing products
 Responsible for hiring and managing local team.

Preferable work experience (years, companies, industry):
5+ years as a developer and experience in ecommerce or similar fully digital, direct-to-consumer industry.
Prior experience in team leadership.
Special skills and knowledge: Proficient English preferred.
