We have an open position in our Project Management Department for a Junior/Middle PM (on remote basis) with a proactive attitude to the work, good analytical mindset and good people management skills. Core requirements:

• 1+ year of experience on similar position;

• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken);

• Good relationship and communication skills;

• Capabilities of a good analyst and a fast learner;

• Knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;

• Result driven and self-organized;

• Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail;

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

We would also appreciate if you have the following:

• Technical background or extensive knowledge in QA area;

• Leadership and ability to influence people.

Key responsibilities are

• Drive customer relationship: day-to-day communication, engagement development, project negotiations, etc.;

• Manage project development and support;

• Risk and time management;

• Facilitate on requirements gathering;

• Make sure that every project corresponds with the client’s business goals;

• Focus on quality;

• Create project documentation and keep it updated (depends on a project);

• Participation in pre-sales activities is possible;

• Monitor and report project progress via Jira or Redmine;

• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction of project implementation.
