Middle HR Manager — 2.5 years of experience, up to $1500

As the team expands, Finunion.com is looking for an HR professional:

• Recruit specialists and employees with the required professions, skills and qualifications; 
• Determine the company’s staffing needs; 
• Research the labor market to identify recruitment sources; 
• Conduct assessments, interviews and other activities to evaluate applicants’ and employees’ professional skills and interpersonal qualities; 
• Organize onboarding and help new employees settle in quickly; 
• Prepare staffing changes needed to implement strategic decisions; 
• Participate in decisions on hiring, transfers, promotions, demotions, disciplinary action and dismissals; 
• Advise on effective people management; 
• Participate in workforce planning, employee development, labor dispute resolution and team conflict management; 
• Prepare employment contracts and agreements; 
• Maintain personnel files and organize HR records.

Additional information:

•  The company uses sole-proprietor (FOP) arrangements, and new hires will need assistance with registration.
• This will be a standalone HR role; no additional recruitment team is planned.
• IT experience is desirable but optional. Preference may be given to HR professionals with experience at bookmakers such as Favbet or Parimatch, or other international betting or casino businesses.
• All roles have a bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary for meeting monthly KPIs.
