About the project: 
The project is currently under NDA. Development will start from scratch, turning an existing business idea into a product.

The CTO owns the product’s technical direction, quality, performance, efficiency, reliability and lifecycle, ensuring the technology strategy aligns with business strategy.

An NDA may need to be signed before the interview.

Responsibilities: 
* Define the technology stack required for the product;
* Evaluate technologies in terms of cost and time;
* Communicate daily with the owner, CEO and business analysis departments;
* Define the roles needed in the technical team; 
* Develop the overall technical strategy;
* Build development teams; 
* Estimate project duration and effort;
* Plan and establish development processes;
* Allocate tasks between teams;
* Maintain high development speed and quality;
* Select and implement supporting development and administration systems;
* Provide expert recommendations on architecture and specific technical solutions; 
* Write and review code and carry out refactoring;
* Manage project technical risks;
* Coordinate departments;
* Conduct technical interviews with prospective employees;
* Assess employee productivity and determine compensation levels; 
* Train employees;
* Build a productive team environment and motivate employees. 

Compensation: Candidates from $4000 may be considered. No upper limit has been set; compensation will be discussed with candidates at different levels.
