Responsibilities
1. Expand the platform’s product offering and manage communication with other companies.
2. Develop effective business strategies and plans supporting short- and long-term goals.
3. Lead and motivate the team, engage employees and develop and manage experienced managers. Coordinate with the CTO and IT team, Marketing Director and marketing team, and designers. Maintain close daily communication with the company stakeholder. 
4. Stay involved and informed about company activities and propose development opportunities when appropriate. 
5. Oversee operations to ensure they deliver the intended results and align with the company’s strategy and vision.
6. Oversee all strategic and business aspects of the company.
7. Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies to maintain lawful and ethical operations. Work with company lawyers on all incoming and outgoing contracts. 
8. Analyze financial and non-financial reports to guide decisions and improvements.
9. Build trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders. 
10. Analyze difficult situations and events and develop solutions supporting company survival and growth.
11. In-depth knowledge of the relevant markets and industry niche would be an advantage.

Experience

1. Experience as a CEO, Managing Director or in another executive leadership role.
2. Online gambling, online casino or betting industry experience is welcome. 
3. Experience entering new markets and building productive partnerships with external service providers.
4. Ability to develop business and/or manage projects. 
5. Experience developing profitable strategies and implementing a business vision.

Personal skills
1. Spoken Russian and English are required.
2. In-depth understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
3. Knowledge of business functions such as business development, customer acquisition, marketing, PR and finance.
4. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
5. Entrepreneurial thinking and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
6. Analytical skills and the ability to resolve problems within teams. 
7. Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.

Sole-proprietor (FOP) arrangements, administered by the company. 
Compensation: USD 3000.
Frequent company-funded business trips and attendance at international exhibitions. 

A spacious new office is being renovated in a large house at 3 Ovrutska Street, near Lukianivska. 
The current office is at 3 Proviantska Street.
Working hours: 10–19.
