Art Director (Kiev office full time)

Art Director — full-time, Kyiv office, up to $3000

We need an in-house Art Director to create designs and supervise both in-house and outsourced designers, covering: 
– UI/UX design;
– Websites;
– Landing pages;
– POS materials;
– Exhibition branding; 
– Social media branding; 
– A brand book covering all company business areas;
– Coordination and supervision of in-house and outsourced designers. 

• At least 5 years of experience, as the role involves guiding, motivating and coordinating other designers.
• At least 3 years as an Art Director or Creative Director in gaming is required.

Skill requirements:

1. Professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
2. Experience developing advertising and graphic design projects from scratch.
3. A portfolio of completed work and concepts.
4. Develop and implement creative concepts.
5. Improve the design department’s efficiency.
6. Design branded presentations and commercial proposals.
7. Design email campaigns.
8. Develop social media branding.
9. Develop exhibition stand branding.
Mandatory requirements:
– A portfolio with casino, gambling or betting-related work;
– Figma proficiency;
– Experience creating a brand and visual identity from scratch;
– Experience with 3D design and animation.

Upper-intermediate English.

Full-time, office-based at 7 Vasylia Donchuka Street, near Lukianivska metro.
Compensation: $2000–2500.
