Frontend Team Lead — Kharkiv office, maximum $4500–5000

We are specialized in development of e-commerce solutions on Magento platform and are looking for a Technical lead Frontend Developer who wants to learn Magento and work on large ecommerce projects. We have great mentors in our team who will help you quickly dive into specifics of the Magento platform and guide you throughout the learning period and furthermore.

Responsibilities:

• Web-development on Magento 2 and partially Magento 1 platforms
• Communication with the client
• Technical leadership
• Code reviews, estimations
• Hiring and people manamangent 
• Team management and improvements of internal processes
• Communication with clients
• Pre-sale activities 

Requirements:

• Experience in front-end web-development 5+ years
• Strong command of  HTML5, CSS3, experience with SASS/LESS processors
• JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015, understanding of asynchronous model of web-development)
• Experience with ReactJS, VueJS or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of OOP, PHP, MySQL, design patterns
• Experience with Git and development tools
• Experience with Flux (Redux) architecture
• English – Intermediate or higher (written/spoken)

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Magento web-development
