Requirements:

At least 2 years experience with advanced HTML/CSS 
JavaScript, jQuery are highly recommended
Knowledge of Sass/Less; Grunt/Gulp; Node.js is a plus
Knowledge of graphics packages: Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience with version control systems (SVN/Git etc ), relevant design experience is a plus
Excellent understanding of usability and user experience design
At least WRITING strong Intermediate level in English is a must (ability to read technical literature, and interact with project managers, clients)
