Java Tech Lead/Architect — 1 position, Kyiv office, $4000–6000

We are growing business high speed developing. Creating blockchain and crypto project for a 3 years and believe that it change current world in the best way.

 

Team:

The team consists of Java developers, JS developers, QA, DevOps and PM.

 

Compensation range: $4000–6000.

 

Kyiv office, 300 meters from Olimpiiska metro.
Free gym and sauna access for all employees.

 

• Working hours: 9–18.
• Weekends and public holidays off.
• 21 days of paid vacation per year.

Team:

The team consists of Java developers, JS developers, QA, DevOps and PM.

 

Technology stack:

– Java 8, Spring Framework (Security, MVC, AOP)

– MySQL, MongoDB

– advance knowledge Rest API

– advanced Linux

– experience in working with trading platforms (currency exchange, etc.)

– JavaScript, jQuery

– Junit, Mockito

– WebSockets (WS, WSS)

 

Requirements:

– 9+ years of professional background

– Experience writing clean and concise code using Java

– Good knowledge of building scalable and high-load ecosystem

– Experience with Docker

– Strong design and development experience;

– Ability to setup new project structure and architecture;

– Experience in application testing;

– Software design patterns and paradigms comprehension;

– Experience in Spring platform (IoC, Boot, MVC etc.);

– Experience in JDBC and ORM frameworks (Hibernate);

– Experience in RESTful API implementation and integration;

– Understanding of SOA and Microservices;

– Solid communication skills;

– Strong leadership skills.

 

Will be plus

• Knowledge and experience in Agile development methodologies;

• Experience with online transaction systems;

• Experience with high loaded applications and application scaling principles;

• Experience with Docker or cloud environments;

• Experience or knowledge of distributed caches;

• Experience with MongoDB, Redis

• English will be a plus but is not obligatory.
