Account Manager

One Hour Translation – Kiev, UA

As an Account Manager you are responsible to provide exceptional customer support and consultation to our top enterprise customers. The Account Manager is the direct point of contact for the customer and mediate between the customer and the internal teams such as support, development and sales to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Operate directly with sales and support team to ensure timely delivery
• Develop deep understanding of the system and be able to operate it
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers and executive
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external contacts
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

Requirements:

• Native or near native English (Previous working/ living experience in UK, US or other English speaking countries is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a tight deadline
• Ability to plan and manage at the strategic level
• Second language – Advantage

Job Type: Full-time. Preferably US hours to cover the US market but can be discussed.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s

Few weeks trial period as Customer Support Representative might be required.
