Classic ASP developer

We’re looking for someone who can: 

-Write complex, large, SQL Stored Procedures to accomplish complex algos over larger datasets 
-Create, modify, and manage data, databases. 
-Communicate with management via written detailed status updates regarding potential problems and concerns. 
-Assist in reviewing and analyzing business & system requirements and specifications for systems data protocols and future data usage. 
-Lead projects independently and work with other members of the team to ensure the project’s success. 
-Solve complex technical problems involving multiple disciplines. 
-Maintain legacy code with minimal to no documentation, track down data and problem solve. 

Qualifications: 

-Ability to work independently and effectively in small teams, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
-Experience using scripting languages (VB Script, Perl Script, JavaScript, etc.), and Structured Query Language (SQL). 
-Refined coding skills: Classic ASP, HTML, and XML. 
-Experience with established QA methodologies. 
-Thorough knowledge of SQL syntax and SQL Server 2000 and 2005 features and functionality. 

Other Desirable Characteristics: 

-Proficiency with the following environments and technologies: HTML, Python, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, DOM, XML, Java Script and VB Script. 
-Exposure to Active Directory. 
-If you don’t have reverse engineering skills then you are required to learn on the job. 
-Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical user groups. 
-Previous experience being involved in quick startups or small companies
