We are a leading blockchain and crypto advisory firm, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space. We are seeking a talented Web3 Business Development Manager to join our team. 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 BDM who is highly specialized in doing high-level due diligence, closing deals, and onboarding projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and onboarding Web3 projects. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, Web3 business models, DeFi, AI, GameFi, Meme, and RWA narratives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence on Web3 projects to evaluate the team, tokenomics, business model, GMT strategy, and roadmap.
• Onboard partners, such as VCs, KOLs, blockchain foundations.
• Oversee the project onboarding process and support the project with pre-launch and post-launch strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project founders and team members.
• Ensure a constant pipeline of Web3 quality projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and acceleration team to ensure a smooth launch of the project. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in tokenomics, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and account/project management.
• Required! Crypto exchange, launchpad or VC experience for 3+ years
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), AI, GameFi, Meme, and RWA.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Business Administration.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience with Startups: Experience working with startups or in a venture capital environment.
