Mobile Fullstack Senior Developer (iOS and Android)

Full-time, 8 hours/day. Approximately 4 hours per day (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EDT, NY time zone, 16:00-20:00 GMT+3) need to overlap with the team. This is an independent contractor contract.

We have transformed a nursery staple into a smart hub, offering parents peace of mind and a head start on managing their child’s needs. Our innovative device tracks your child’s development and provides answers to any baby-related questions, all in the most comfortable change pad ever designed.

About the Project:

Product: AI-powered change pad that serves as a smart hub for the nursery.
Purpose: To give parents peace of mind by tracking their child’s development and providing answers to baby-related questions.
 

Requirements:

– 6+ years of professional experience in Software development.

– Strong experience with native mobile development (4+ years)
– Strong proficiency with React Native, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 

– Experience with Node.js for backend development.
– Knowledge of popular Node.js frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
– Experience in creating and developing RESTful APIs.
– Knowledge and experience working with database PostgreSQL
– Ability to design and optimize database schemas.
– Experience writing unit tests for Node.js applications.
– Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience working with deployment automation tools.

– Practical experience in the full cycle of the mobile app development from an MVP phase to the release into App Store/Google Play
– Understanding of the full development cycle for Mobile Applications
– Experience working in an agile process with sprints
– Understanding accessibility and security compliance

– Good written and verbal English skills enough for seamless communication with US-based customer
– Team player mindset

Responsibilities:

– Providing code support and implementing new features
– Refactoring and bug fixing of existing code
– Providing architectural and functional solutions for the product
– Participating with planning and proposing new ideas
– Deploying test and prod releases to the app stores
