As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Web3 Backend Engineer with a proven track record in developing decentralized exchanges (DEX). Location: Remote (+ occasional travel for meeting). Compensation: USDT (crytocurrency)

Responsibilities

Decentralized Exchange (DEX) Development:

● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems for decentralized exchanges, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.

● Implement and optimize smart contracts, order matching algorithms, and other core components of decentralized exchange platforms. Web3 Technologies:

● Utilize your expertise in Web3 technologies, including blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized consensus mechanisms.

● Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Web3 and blockchain to enhance the capabilities of our decentralized exchange.

Backend Development:

● Design and implement scalable backend solutions, integrating with frontend systems and external APIs to create a seamless user experience.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement backend functionalities that align with the overall project goals.

Security and Compliance:

● Implement robust security measures to safeguard user assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

● Conduct code reviews and security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

API Integration:

● Work closely with frontend developers and external partners to integrate APIs, ensuring smooth communication between different components of the decentralized exchange.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Proven experience in backend development with a focus on decentralized exchanges.

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Go, or other backend languages.

● In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized consensus mechanisms.

● Experience with API integration and working with external partners.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

● Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols.

● Previous contributions to open-source blockchain projects.

● Knowledge of security best practices in blockchain and decentralized systems.
