Job Summary

We are looking for a Fullstack Team Lead to join our team in building an innovative CRM system tailored for tourism company that operates in holidays abroad, holidays in Israel, inbound tourism and domestic tourism. The candidate should possess a keen understanding of modern web development best practices and be proficient in a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the remote development team.
• Ensure that the development team is meeting project timelines.
• Participate in project planning and providing effective resource allocation.
• Oversee the development and testing of product.
• Perform code reviews and engage in pair programming sessions.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of CRM platform.
• Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using NodeJS and NestJS.
• Build intuitive, performance-driven user interfaces using React.
• Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement caching solutions using Redis or Memcached for enhanced application performance.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Implement security and data protection best practices across the application.
• Ensure all components of the system are robustly tested, resilient, and scalable.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and introduce them where beneficial.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Team-leading experience of more than 3 years.
• Mentoring, managing and leading skills.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Building web services from the scratch.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Backend development using NodeJS and NestJS.
  • Frontend development using React.
  • Database design and management with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Caching mechanisms using Redis or Memcached.
  • Cloud services, especially AWS.
  • Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Source control management GIT.
  • Message queue systems RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS.
• Understanding of Development and Design Principles: DRY, SOLID, KISS, OOP, OOD, DDD, TDD.
• Proficiency in Design Patterns: Recognizing and applying common design patterns.
• API Design: Knowledge of RESTful services, GraphQL, and other API paradigms, including how to design them efficiently and securely.
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Knowledge of best practices in web security.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

AdditionalRequirements:

● English B1, B2.

● Experience working in a service outsourcing company is highly preferred.
