About Us:
We are an Estonian agency that creates digital solutions headquartered in Tallinn. We have a group of different companies under one umbrella and thanks to that we cover all the business needs, meaning that we can offer the full-service solution to our clients – starting from creating strategy, UX/UI, and ending with software development, cloud hosting, etc.
The company was established in 1997 and we’re the biggest agency in our field in Estonia and the Baltics.
We have approxiamtely a 100 professionals working in Estonia and almost 40 people working remotely from around the world (e.g Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Philippines, etc). A little more than half of them are software developers. Other roles are e.g project managers, software analysts, testers, system administrators, team leads, etc.
If you add our group’s Media company and our start-up accelerator teams to the mix then we have about 250 specialists altogether.

Our clients are international and local companies. Our biggest key client has been working with us for about 20 years already. Our aim is to work with big projects and have long-term client relationships. 

Information about the project:
An ongoing project for our key client. We have built a custom solution for our globally known client to support their sales processes.

Requirements:
– You have a minimum of 2~3 years of experience with React, TypeScript, .NET, Azure, SQL, and Docker
– You have great communication skills
– Keeping projects secure is your commitment
– You have experience with agile projects
– Mentoring others and sharing your knowledge makes you happy
– You have great written and verbal English skills because your position requires close communication with both the team and the client,  B2-C1
– Managing time well is a trait of yours, which means that we don’t have to worry about the deadlines we give you
– You keep your promises so we can always depend on you

Your main responsibilities include:
– Managing all the technical elements related to your daily work
– Helping PO and technical team to set project technical scope and define the work into measurable chunks
– Supporting PO with technical knowledge
– Supporting the technical team with technical knowledge
– Selecting the most suitable approach to deliver -solutions to the end users within agreed standards
