Project description

Our client is looking for a talented DevOps Support Engineer to join their established teams and help them support the refinement of one of their products. The ideal candidate will need to have solid experience in the DevOps Support space, with the ability to handle multiple areas of the business, such as application support, release management and continuous improvement efforts. You will be responsible for level 1/2 of technical and functional support of the production and non-production environments, monitoring, incident resolution and troubleshooting.

 Must have skills:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services)

• Terraform

• DevOps

• Docker

Requirements:

• Excellent experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Terraform;

• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Jira/Confluence;

• Previous experience in a technical support position;

• Dynamic, detail-oriented, fast learning capacity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
