About Us
We are a ground-breaking vertical b2b SaaS product in the jewelry industry, connecting and accelerating supply chains. We provide a centralised hub for all product development, sourcing, selecting, planning, range building, pricing and much more. In software terms we are PLM, PIM and OMS rolled into one, and we enable real time data flows in supply chains. Our product includes a web application, and Native apps across IOS, Windows and Android. We are 50 people strong and growing fast, backed by Swarovski and other major jewelry incumbents. Our head office is in London, with additional hubs in Ukraine, Italy and Thailand. We also offer remote working solutions for specific positions. We hire intelligence and integrity. We are about people, we know they make or break us. We understand that your journey is also our journey, and we want it to be life-changing. We value transparency, strong debate, lack of politics and strong ethics. We deliver & support multiple applications addressing the same problem: how to affect change in an entire industry. We want first class individuals who can make the difference and help us change the world, both in technical or commercial team hires. Our culture is fierce: comply or explain. Fast moving operations need rigorous chains of command, but critically the infantry IS ALWAYS ahead of head-quarters. This means we try to encourage pre-emptive thinking at every level of our company and empower individuals to raise their voices and logically challenge the process to ensure we are never running in the wrong direction. Working in an early stage company is not for everyone, the pressure can be relentless. If you want to thrive in this type of environment you need to be able to learn fast and continually.
