Join the Sports Management Tool team developing our own tournament-management system.

The PHP-based system provides interfaces for referees and match organizers and manages video streams, participants, rules, schedules, winners and sports/esports statistics in real time. We also use C#, .NET and Rust for video streaming and high-load components, and Node.js with React for public company websites.

We seek an experienced developer motivated to solve business problems and own complex system components. We welcome testing, microservices, thoughtful technology choices and refactoring.

Technology stack:

— PHP 7+;
— Yii2/Symfony 5;
— MySQL, RDS(PostgreSQL), Redis;
— WebSockets, Kafka;
— Docker, k8s, AWS;
— Service-oriented architecture.

Important for this role:

— 3+ years with most technologies listed above;
— High-load system experience or understanding;
— Knowledge and application of SOLID principles and GoF patterns;
— Ability to write tests and understand when and why they are needed;
— Support for DevOps practices and experience automating development, quality assurance, monitoring, tracing and debugging;
— DDD understanding;
— Motivation to improve the existing codebase.
