React front-end developer (Junior 1year+)

About project:
The project will be selected in accordance to your interests.
Your future teammates use such tech stacks as JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js.
How do we see your future role in our team: first you start on the chosen outsource project and within 6-12 months we will select a team (department) in which you will be able to fulfill your leadership skills.

We are looking for specialist who has sufficient development experience for writing the main code, which will: a) work, b) be clear for other developers, c) be easy to maintain

Your future responsibilities:
+ Develop new user facing features
+ Write reusable code and libraries
+ Participation in peer code-review
+ Maintain and improve company website
+ Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability
+ Validate input before submitting to back end
+ Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
+ Define how the application looks and how it works
+ Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
+ Collaborate with team members and customers
+ Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
+ Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies
+ Attend training and educations

To successfully fulfill your functions in this position, you will need:
+ 2 and more years of commercial development using JS (React)
+ Advanced knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and web standards
+ Skilled at JavaScript, AJAX and DOM scripting
+ Strong ability to debug web pages using Chrome DevTools and similar tools
+ Upper-intermediate English level or higher (verbal and written)
+ Experience of direct communication with customer and requirements clarification
+ Action- and quality-orientation
+ Team-oriented spirit

Skills that will be an advantage:
+ Good design sensibilities and awareness of UX best practices
+ Next/Vue/TS experience
+ Experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, etc)
+ BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
