We like Shopify for starting an accredited college online. We help bootcamps and other educators move online, and create great experiences for faculty and students.

Requirements

– Unix, Bash

– Microservices architecture

– Docker, Docker Compose

– Kubernetes

– Terraform

– CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, Jenkins or similar)

– AWS or GCP

– Basic server side technologies knowledge (Postgres, NodeJS)

Nice to have

– Prometheus, ELK or similar monitoring setup

– Helm, DevSpace or similar K8s automation tools

– Cloud Networking

– A knowledge of SOC-2 compliance or ISO 27001

English

– Technical interview will be in Russian

– Intermediate reading, basic writing

Role

– You will be the directly responsible individual for managing and improving Woolf’s cloud infrastructure, serving students and teachers in over 50 countries

– You will oversee all security issues and enact best practices to discover vulnerabilities and ensure product safety

– You will integrate advanced automation techniques to improve efficiency

– You will handle continuous monitoring across all platforms

Working Conditions

1. Work from office in Unit.city

2. Office conditions: iMac, gym, welcome coffee, filter coffee, tea, cookies, parking slot, table tennis

3. You will be hired as a PIF

4. Full day of 8 hours with 1 hour break for lunch. 5 days week

5. Flexible morning from 8am to 11am

6. Schedule can be flexible on an exceptional basis (e.g. you need to have a day off on Monday. Then come to work on Saturday.)

7. Paid sick days (up to 7 in a row)

8. Paid days off, after 6 months of work: 21 days per year. Not more than 14 in row (ask so we can arrange the schedule)

9. All national holidays are days off

10. Paid probation period for 3 months

11. Payment 2x per month (middle and end of month)
