Junior QA Engineer

We are an Israeli company building an AI governance platform for industries where getting governance wrong is not an option: finance, healthcare, government, legal, and insurance.

Our team comes from cybersecurity, defense intelligence, and enterprise technology backgrounds. We are building a single control plane that governs AI interactions across an organization in real time: every prompt, response, model, tool, and agent, including unauthorized ones.

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their testing skills while helping us deliver a reliable and secure product.

What You’ll Do

– Perform manual testing of web interfaces and backend APIs.
– Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and clear bug reports.
– Verify new features, reproduce reported issues, and validate fixes.
– Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
– Test authentication flows, user roles, and access permissions.
– Help test AI-powered features, including unexpected responses and error scenarios.
– Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
– Contribute to automated tests as your skills develop.

 What We’re Looking For

– An understanding of software testing fundamentals and the development lifecycle.
– The ability to design test cases and describe bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
– Basic knowledge of web applications, HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON.
– Familiarity with browser developer tools and an API testing tool such as Postman.
– Basic SQL skills for checking and validating data.
– Attention to detail and a willingness to investigate unexpected behavior.
– A proactive approach to learning and clear communication skills.

We welcome candidates whose experience comes from internships, QA courses, or hands-on personal projects.

Nice to Have

– Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
– Familiarity with Git and Docker.
– Exposure to Playwright, Pytest, Vitest, or React Testing Library.
– An understanding of authentication and role-based access control.
– An interest in AI applications and cybersecurity.
