We are an Israeli company building an AI governance platform for industries where getting governance wrong is not an option: finance, healthcare, government, legal, and insurance.

Our team comes from cybersecurity, defense intelligence, and enterprise technology backgrounds. We have experienced every major shift in how organizations secure their infrastructure—from on-premise to cloud and from perimeter security to Zero Trust. Now, we are tackling the challenges of secure AI adoption.

Our platform provides a single control plane that governs AI interactions across an organization in real time: every prompt, response, model, tool, and agent, including unauthorized ones.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with Python and React experience to help build the platform, from backend services and APIs to user interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Develop features end to end, from data models and APIs to user interfaces.
• Build backend services using Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
• Develop React interfaces, manage application state, and integrate APIs.
• Integrate LLM providers and AI tools.
• Implement authentication and access controls using Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis to optimize queries and application performance.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Improve service observability through metrics, logging, and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building and maintaining web applications with Python and React.
• Strong JavaScript and JSX skills and familiarity with modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with Django / Django REST Framework or FastAPI.
• A solid understanding of REST API design and frontend–backend integration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and an understanding of caching strategies.
• An understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security.
• Experience with automated testing and Docker.
• The ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver working, maintainable solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating LLMs, working with LangChain, or building AI products.
• Experience with Keycloak and enterprise SSO.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright.
• Experience in cybersecurity, AI governance, or highly regulated industries.
