   • Strong understanding of DB data modeling, indexing, and schema design.
   • Ability to work with DB queries, aggregations, and pipelines.

2. Database Design:

   • Expertise in schema design for NoSQL and SQL databases.
   • Knowledge of best practices for organizing and structuring collections for efficiency.

3. Performance Optimization:

   • Skilled in optimizing DB queries and indexing strategies.
   • Ability to monitor and tune database performance for scalability.

4. Stored Procedures and Functions:

   • Familiarity with DB functions, pipelines, and MapReduce for data processing.

5. Security:

   • Knowledge of DB security practices, including role-based access control, authentication, and encryption.

6. Backup and Recovery:

   • Experience with DB backup and recovery tools, including point-in-time recovery.

7. Replication and High Availability:

   • Understanding of DB replication, sharding, and high availability solutions.

8. Data Migration:

   • Experience in migrating data between different databases and versions, ensuring data integrity.

9. Database Management Tools:

   • Proficiency in using DB management tools like Compass and command-line tools.

10. Additional Database Knowledge (Preferred):
