Our organization is looking for a technical writer with development experience, that can work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product in order to produce high quality developer specification documents.

You will be responsible for taking UI Graphics/Mockups and creating a Jira Confluence document that clearly and easily describes the functionality of a page. The page will also require you to design the endpoint architecture so that our frontend and backend developers know how to build the pages in order to interact effectively together.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our UI designer in order to understand the functionality of each page

• Work closely with developers to ensure they understand the design and required architecture of each page and component

• Create and maintain our confluence documents

• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent

• Maintaining and upgrading confluent documentation

• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization

• Maintaining jira board

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis

• Strong problem-solving capacity

• High-level written and verbal communication skills

• Restful methodology

• Microservices architecture

• sql/plsql

• BPMN
