Job Description

As our business and customer base grows, we need to build a platform that
deals with the complexity of number & types of services growing exponentially while
data continues to originate from multiple sources and increasingly gets distributed
across the globe. To provide the best experience, we are building a platform that
works effortlessly and enables our users to deliver features to customers with high
velocity.

We need Principal Software Engineers who have,
+ A hands-on attitude.
+ A passion for writing high-quality code and upholding best practices in engineering,
security, and design.
+ Strong experience building products with a micro-services based approach
+ Deep experience in backend development preferably in Java or Go.
+ Proactive communication skills
+ Experience integrating with open-source platform technologies.
+ Experience in developing microservices by following DDD, Hexagonal Architecture,
and TDD patterns and practices.

Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization – product, design,
QA etc – and take complete ownership for releasing new features.
+ Architect services and systems using well-accepted design patterns to allow for
iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
+ Build scalable, reliable and high-performance applications connecting various
systems.
+ Write readable, testable code with unit tests
+ Document various decisions are taken and communicate them
+ Design and consume Sync and Async messages Interfaces.
+ Help team members with code reviews, unblocking others in the team
+ Work on Customer reported issues and bring them to closure + Mentor, help other
team members in solving tech debts

Desired skills (experience on some and prefer exposure to most):
Microservices Framework – Spring or Gokit, Java or Go, Performance optimization,
Experience building applications on AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/No-SQ, Pub-sub, REST,
gRPC, Tracing, Health Monitoring, and Observability.
