What We do?

We are a digital solutions agency, a group of specialized companies. We establish strategies and create tactics. We develop service solutions, e-commerce and sales platforms and websites both for desktop and mobile. We build integration and middle layers into your business back-end systems to connect your business infrastructure with new front-end services. We host and manage your server infrastructure in the AWS, Google or Azure cloud. Our digital media unit plans and manages all your digital media activities: media strategy, planing, buying, performance analysis and creative production for all channels (display, programmatic, social, content, search etc).

Our clients are serious businesses, mainly from Europe but also from the US and Asia.

Startup Incubator Elevator is a part of our group. It is the perfect platform for you to use if you wish to launch your own startup or be a part of an interesting project. At least once a quarter, we organize Big Fridays during which we have already learned how to invest, manage our time, debate, and we have also done charity work by developing solutions for those who do not have the means and/or knowledge required for it.
We are managing a project for one of the biggest banks in the Baltic region. We maintain and develop their outer web for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. It is on Drupal 9 and has a lot of custom solutions. We have more projects coming that need a leading developer in the future, so we’re looking for long term cooperation.

Requirements for Drupal Backend developer:

· Deep knowledge of Drupal 7/8/9/PHP development (2+ years of experience) including building own custom modules
· Experience in integrations with various APIs via REST and JSON, XML
· Understanding the basics of HTML/CSS/JS
· Good English writing and speaking communication skills

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Drupal developer (ideally senior level) to develop innovative solutions in both the public and private sectors in Estonia and abroad. You have the opportunity to develop solutions for top companies in your field and contribute to shifting technological boundaries, code reviews.  
Ideally someone who’d be able to take the lead developer role (in a project) at one point.                                                                                                                                                  
Meaning it can also be someone who doesn’t have lead developer experience, but is eager to develop.
