We are a global provider of end-to-end custom software development solutions to companies all over the globe, from North America to the EU to Israel to Australia.

Headquartered in Estonia, we run offshore R&D centers in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is 50% remote and distributed. We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior C#/Unity3D Developer.
The successful candidate should be extremely proficient with Unity, and hold very strong software engineering principles. As part of your development duties, you will be expected to hold technical discussions and moderate code reviews, extend our unit test coverage and develop core technologies that are shared between multiple teams.

Skills & Requirements:
— 4+ years professional experience with Unity, C#, .NET
— In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and design
— Experience in developing frameworks and utilities
— Highly experienced in developing for mobile platforms with at least 1 published title
— Exemplary communication skills
— Experience with unit and integration testing
— Strong experience in profiling and optimization
— Proficient with CI and SCM

What skills/qualities are required:
— Reporting to the Lead Developer, you will be contributing to the development of new features, improving the existing codebase and taking part in the modernization process.
— As a senior developer you should be capable of reviewing feature requests and designing software to meet the requirements.
— You will also be required to release and deploy applications, drive the quality of the codebase, and mentor inexperienced engineers.
— Working closely with stakeholders and collaborators across multiple disciplines, you should be a team player with exemplary communication skills.
— Within an Agile environment you will also participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist in the story creation process.

Work Schedule:
You can work from 9 am till 6 pm or from 10 am till 7 pm.
