Headquartered in Estonia, we run offshore R&D centers in Kyiv and Lviv. Our team is 50% remote and distributed. We specialize in flexible interaction exclusively with international clients (we cover industries from commercial aviation to fintech) thanks to a multinational support group of experts and management.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

This role is part of the release planning function, which manages the Release planning and deployments for the SAP teams as well as some other Europe platforms, also planning and coordinating the technical maintenance activities.

The candidate is required mainly to help with the Maintenance activities planning and governance, but also helping out the team with Release and change admin as needed.

The ideal profile is
Strong with SAP technology, Solman, Charm usage – can be either Basis or functional background
Experienced w ITSM, change mgmt. process (Release process and tools training specific to client will be provided). Has experience in a process / governance type role – our job is less of a doer, more of a coordinator and facilitator that validates the doers from a compliance pov. Location remote – which means need to be able to collaborate and communicate efficiently in a remote setup.

Skills & Requirements:
— End to End Data Migration experience – Minimum 2-3 full implementations – Markets, Manufacturing Sites;
— Solid understanding of Core Business processes and usage of data;
— Solid understanding of data structures in SAP, metadata and dependency of data objects;
— Strong knowledge of master data management;
— Positive, resilient and motivated to change and simplify processes;
— Ability to perform and prioritise under pressure;
— Meticulous and organised;
— Experience of project work and/or implementing change management in a multinational environment;
— Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move forward or seek answers regardless;
— Commercially minded and a passion to take others with you;
— Experience in SD – data migration activities.

What responsibilities & tasks will wait for you?
— Responsible for successfully and sustainably supporting the data elements of the new Global Template harmonised processes and data for all Value Streams utilising support available from Data Lead & Global Process Experts, IT, Value Stream Leads, Data CoE team and super network users in all markets;
— Provide regular updates to the Data Lead & Project leadership on Time/Cost/Quality risks and mitigations;
— Responsible for Data Files Preparation, fasciliation of pre/post sign offs with the business during data migration, data quality issue resolution, data defects management for respective area.
— Work directly with data migration team, functional team and business (project and business as usual).

Will be a plus:
— Knowledge of a FMCG process in your functional area;
— Experience with Agile/Scrum processes;

Work Schedule:
You can work from 9 am till 6 pm or from 10 am till 7 pm.
