Job brief
Our company is looking for an Expert Front End Vue.JS developer that can take UI mockups and
graphics and create a complete front end project.
The project must be able to scale in size efficiently so that adding or modifying functionality is not
cumbersome and problematic. It must also help overcome manual overhead processes common
in traditional or legacy web projects so that developers can focus on writing consistent code, not
fighting environments.
The project will require functionality to automatically minify & version css & js, optimize images,
support reusable components, be testable, support linting and other processes for standardizing
code, be built with performance in page (Google Page Test/Lighthouse), and support multiple
languages in the future.
You will be responsible for finding a prebuilt component framework (ex. metronic, material ui,
etc.) that can be used to accelerate development process & establishing best practices and
processes that other developers will follow as they add or modify functionality.

Work hours
The position requires you to be available to work at least 40hrs / week, Mon-Fri. You need to be
reachable for questions and odd meetings/code reviews between 9am & 5pm EST. We’re
flexible on timing but it has to be during these hours.

Requirements
● 3+ years of profession experience with Vue.JS (an absolute must)
● 5+ years as a front-end developer
● Experience with building responsive design applications
● Experience architecting and building projects from scratch
● Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Javascript (ECMA 6), Jquery, AJAX, XML, JSON, Typescript
● Experience using GIT Repo – push, pulls, merges, etc.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
● Great attention to detail
● Organizational skills
● An analytical mind

● Excellent spoken and very good written English

Pay
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to work hard, who wants to learn and sharpen their
development skills, and be part of a growing company. Pay is TBD USD / hr. + potential for
bonuses. Those that really show a consistency of going above and beyond, delivering high
quality code and surpassing expectations may be eligible to receive ownership within 2-4 years’
time.
