Tasks
– Develop and run API/backend automation tests;
– Prepare testing and automation plans for future functionality;
– Identify and track software defects and inconsistencies;
– Maintain and document test artifacts and test cases;
– Provide analytical test reports, coverage plans and input for improvements.
Requirements
– More than 3 years of professional REST API testing and automation experience;
– Hands-on Python test-automation experience;
– Good understanding of CI/CD, test automation’s role in the pipeline and integrating tests into CI/CD;
– Experience testing complex backend systems, including messaging-based systems and microservices;
– Practical Selenium, Selenoid or other UI automation experience;
– Database fundamentals and PostgreSQL/MongoDB skills.
