Software Test Engineer (manual QA) Middle

We are looking for passionate Engineers willing to work in agile teams to develop high quality products and applications which will bring value to our local and international customers. The successful candidates will join Scrum teams (based in Athens and work closely with developers, product owners, delivery team and other stakeholders, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.

The ideal candidate will

– Work within a self-organizing scrum team, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.

– Produce test plans and test procedures and execute formal and informal testing

– Create scenarios/scripts and execute test cases

– Participate in estimating, planning, and coordinating test activities

– Participate in formal Reviews and other Verification and Acceptance activities

– Install, configure, integrate, and validate software systems in their operational environment

Skills and Experience:

– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.

– At least 1-2 years’ experience in manual testing

– Experience in agile frameworks such as scrum

– Knowledge of software development life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, and test)

– Familiar with one or more programming languages: Javascript, Python, C, Java

– Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Computer Networks.

– Experience with Matlab or Wireshark

– ISTQB certification is an asset.

– Experience in test automation is an advantage.

– Experience with Jira tool is a plus
