Middle/Senior Manual QA for CMS Projects

Web Recruiters provides development frontend and backend parts of the projects using, all around PHP, Drupal, .Net, C#, Python, Node.JS, React.JS, and other technologies.

We are looking for a smart Quality Assurance engineer for our good American client.

We have most of our projects are Drupal or WordPress

Team – We have project managers, developers, QA, visual designers, UX designers, strategy, and content.

The duration hopes are ongoing. This person would start on the NYU project and then assuming mutually agreed, roll right into the next project. 

The QA needs are manual QA testing based, we don’t have any automated testing frameworks.

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience as a manual QA engineer of Web-applications
– experience in testing CMS Drupal or WordPress (1+ year)
– conversational English ability 
– excellent understanding of QA methodology
– experience in testing Web-applications with client-server architecture and API
– experience in testing REST/JSON based web-services
– ability to provide detailed and easily understandable bug reports, test cases and check lists 
– the ability to create CMS admin guide (based on guides that we’ve done for past clients)
– write test cases
– perform regression test, create bug tickets, and communicate with the project team
– proactive personality and work ethic; capable of suggesting potential solutions
– For example: don’t assign a ticket to someone who’s on vacation for 2 weeks, instead discuss with the team/producer to find the best solution

Work time, correct, 9 am-12 EST, and the other 5 hours whenever works best
