About the project

Project technology stack:

Required skills

TCP/IP networking knowledge;
Experience administering Debian-based distributions;
More than three years of Unix system administration experience;
Virtualization knowledge, including Xen and KVM;
Containerization knowledge, including LXC and Docker;
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery;
Understanding of web application load-balancing principles and strategies;
Scripting experience using shell or Python;
Server management using configuration-management systems such as Puppet, Ansible or Salt;
Experience administering open-source applications, including Nginx, PostgreSQL, Memcache, Redis, PHP-FPM, Jenkins, Zabbix, Postfix and Docker;
At least 3 years in a similar role.

Ensure SLA compliance;
Automate server maintenance;
Identify service and server bottlenecks;
Keep distributed systems operational;
Collaborate with developers and QA as part of a team.
