Art Director (Kiev office full time)

Art Director — full-time, Kyiv office, up to $3000

We need an in-house Art Director to create designs and supervise both in-house and outsourced designers:

Tasks

• Manage illustrators.
• Create a consistent visual style for 5 gaming brands.
• Websites, banners and POS materials, primarily defining visual styles.
• A candidate with an existing team of 2–3 illustrators would have an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience, as the role involves guiding, motivating and coordinating other designers.
1–3 years of Art Director experience is required.

Skill requirements:

1. Professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
2. Experience developing advertising and graphic design projects from scratch.
3. A portfolio of completed work and concepts.
4. Develop and implement creative concepts.
5. Improve the design department’s efficiency.
6. Design branded presentations and commercial proposals.
7. Design email campaigns.
8. Develop social media branding.
9. Develop exhibition stand branding.

English is not required.
Office on Ovrutska Street, a 10-minute walk from Lukianivska metro.
The working schedule is broadly flexible.
Baseline working hours: 10–19, to be agreed individually.

Currently 1 direct report, with plans to increase to 5–6.
