Senior developer excited to work with React (immedietly) permanent position

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to build the product’s front end from the ground. We will use React not merely for the web front end (ReactJS), but also to create a native mobile app for iOS and Android (React Native). We’re fully remote team built on top of the very best practices in any area we do: from management to delivery and development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Seniority (incl. experience building a product from scratch).
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript.
• Some experience with ReactJS (strongly desirable).
• Passion to learn and work with React Native (prior knowledge not required).
• Ideally, some experience with mobile development.
• Experience with key development processes (testing, scrum, deployment, continuous integration).
• Ability to work remotely and independently and obsession with quality.

• English, at least intermediate

Since React is new, it’s difficult to find developers with a lot of experience, therefore we don’t have a specific requirement for this. Of course, the more the better, but I’d say if someone has one year of professional experience with React, it’s already very good!!

Regarding our assessment process – there are three components: 

1. a 40min online problem-solving test (no code) 
2. the technical assessment (a 60min algorithmic test + a React challenge with our CTO, Alexey)
3. a 60min interview with a co founder

Ideally, we are looking for a permanent position
