DevOps / Operations Engineer

Your qualifications:

* Docker, Puppet as a MUST! (For this DevOps role, Puppet experience specifically in combination with MongoDB is very important.)

• — A deep and abiding love of Linux. Or a respectful hatred for it.
•  Strong background in deployment automation/configuration management, especially Puppet
• — Experience with virtualized environments and Docker
• — Fluency with Nginx, HAProxy, MongoDB setups
• — Fluency with Sensu is a plus
• — A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things to a higher level
• — A familiarity with a wide variety of software development methodologies, tools, languages and approaches
• — At least two years operations engineering experience
• — Excellent English, written and spoken

Your responsibilities:

• — Architect, configure, and maintain production, staging, and development environments
• — Develop automation and tooling for configuration, deployment, monitoring, backup/recovery, etc.
• — Measure, analyze, and monitor the infrastructure for availability and performance
• — Design and implement processes to maintain overall system security
