• SockJS or Socket.IO experience is a plus.

My vision is to build a disruptive Electronic Health Records platform that is used by inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation health care facilities in the U.S. As an example, not a direct competitor because it serves a different market www.practicefusion.com or https://www.elationemr.com/

Phase 1

Web-based SaaS enabled platform. It will integrate pharmacy and lab work through 3rd party APIs. The platform must be ready to easily integrate with any existing major EHR or at least have the capacity to export usable files (.xml) that can be consumed by any system. It should meet HIPAA audit and will be stored in HIPAA certified cloud storage such as FireHost, RackSpace, AWS, etc.

The platform must also be able to enable different monetization models such as advertising, etc.

Users: Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Operations Administrator (billing, etc.)

Phase 2

Mobile-enabled (tablets and smartphones) app. Enables HIPAA certified chat on the app among the users and up to 3 family members of the patient.

Users: Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Operations Administrator, Dieticians, Nutritionists, Sociologists, [Only for Chat feature: Up to 3 members of the family]

Phase 3

Voice-enabled application add-in that translated users’ voice inputs to structured data in the systems built in Phase 1 and 2.
